Terms & Conditions
* Please contact our Reservation Department for the Promotional Package.
* Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 6% government tax.
* Advance reservation is required and should be guaranteed with a valid credit or charge card. eg. Visa, Master, Amex, Diners & JCB. Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival day and in the case of no show, will incur a fee equivalent to one room night charge to your credit or charge card.
* Confirmation of rooms is subject to availability and an email confirmation from the hotel is required. Please contact the hotel directly, should you not received a reply within 24hrs.
* Rates are not applicable to group & travel agent bookings.
* Long term rates are available for stay above 14 nights, kindly contact our
sales or reservation associate for further information.
* Surcharge RM70.00 nett Per Room Per Night applied on the following period:
1st to 6th Jan 2011
1st to 9th Feb 2011
11th to 14th Feb 2011
1st to 30th July 2011
26th Aug & 3rd Sep 2011
